We Are Open During Shelter-in-Place

As of June 2, we have reopened with our hygienists and staff ready to resume professional teeth cleanings and routine care. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have heightened a few steps to ensure your safety as well as our staff’s and community’s.

Infection control has always been a top priority and our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.

Some changes have been made to help protect our patients and staff as follows:

  • Please wait in your vehicle after you have advised us of your arrival by calling us at 650-341-0424. Only patients with an appointment will be allowed in the office and only one guardian can accompany a minor. Everyone is required to wear a mask.

  • There may be fewer options for scheduling an appointment as we are spacing out to allow for social distancing and sanitation of treatment rooms.

  • Temperature will be taken upon arrival.

  • Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions and again when you are in the office.

  • If you, or anyone in your household have a cough, cold or flu symptoms, have been exposed to any sick individuals we strongly urge you to stay at home.

  • We ask that you use our hand sanitizer when you enter our office.

  • You may notice additional equipment such as intraoral and extraoral high volume evacuation methods; sanitation fogger.

  • Staff will be wearing additional personal protection equipment, i.e., N95 respirators, face shields and gowns.

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we have taken to keep you, and every patient, safe. To make an appointment, please call our office at (650) 341-0424 or request an appointment online.

We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back as our patient.
